What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

What are your access hours?
You can get access to our storage units anywhere from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week.

How far are you from Plano, TX?
Our self-storage facility is less than 9 miles away from Plano, which means you can drive out here in a matter of minutes! In fact, we’re also convenient to the communities of Allen, Parker, Murphy, Wylie, Lucas, and St. Paul.

Can I use a climate-controlled unit?
You sure can! Our climate-controlled units protect your belongings from high levels of temperature or humidity. If you’re planning to store items that require extreme care, such as furniture or business inventory, this type of unit is your best choice.

How about a vehicle storage space?
We have that, too! Our vehicle parking spots are perfect for a number of vehicles, including cars, boats, RVs, business vans, motorbikes, and more.

What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is what allows our tenants to park their car or moving van right next to their rental. When you park your vehicle just a few feet away from one of our storage units, that means you won’t have to deal with unnecessary stairs or elevators to get your items all squared away.

Can I pay my bills online?
Yes, our online bill pay option allows our customers to pay their rent and reserve more storage units from anywhere with an internet connection. It couldn’t be easier!

What type of security do you offer?
Our modern facility offers the latest in security technologies, including high-quality video surveillance. We also have perimeter fencing, gated access, and an on-site resident manager that can answer any questions from you.
